The Total Policy Cost calculator uses an algorithm to calculate an estimate of the total cost for a one-year, non-retrospectively rated, New Jersey workers’ compensation insurance policy in accordance with Rules 3:2-12(a) and 3:2-12(b) in the Bureau’s Manual. The Total Policy Cost calculator requires user input and does not retrieve proprietary policy information such as insured name, policy number, coverage ID, payroll, etc., from the Bureau’s information systems nor does it accept multiple experience modifications within a policy period.
