The Manage Ownership online platform enables employers, agents, or members to submit entity ownership changes and ownership information for multiple entities. This information will be populated on the NJCRIB ERM-14 Form and submitted to the Bureau for processing.
Ownership information for a single entity only must be submitted to the Bureau by clicking the Single Entity Ownership tab below. Ownership changes within a single entity must be submitted through Manage Ownership.

Does everyone in my office have to register for a user name/password or can we use the same one? No – users in your office may share the same account name and password.
I am already registered with a user name/password on another portal. Do I have to create a new account for the Manage Ownership Platform? Yes. The Manage Ownership Platform is completely separate from all other portals.
I was asked to submit ownership for multiple entities which does not involve a change. What would be the purpose of my NJCRIB ERM-14 Form? The selection to make is 'Determination of Combinability'. This will allow the Bureau to conclude if multiple entities comprise a single risk.
Can I submit an NJCRIB ERM-14 Form on behalf of the insured if I am the agent? Yes, but if you are not the producer of record on the current policy, you should attach a letter of authority signed by the insured on the employer's letterhead with your submission.
Can I submit more than one type of transaction on the same NJCRIB ERM-14 Form? No. Multiple submissions of the form are necessary for multiple transactions.

Why is the green Submit button not lit? Please make sure to certify and acknowledge on the portal.
Can I as a producer certify on behalf of the insured? Yes, but if you are not the producer of record on the current policy, you should attach a letter of authority signed by the insured on the employer's letterhead with your submission.
Why can’t I find the name of the insured? Is the Policy Effective Date correct? If so, you should type the first few characters of the insured's name, the name will populate and you can choose the name of the insured.
Do I need to fill in all fields? Yes, all fields with the * must be answered or the submission will not be accepted.
What if the total ownership percentage doesn’t add up to 100%? If the total ownership percentage doesn't equal 100%, the submission will not be accepted.
