The NJCRIB Bureau Manual is formatted in Adobe Acrobat. You must have an installed copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 7.0 or higher) in order to view the Bureau Manual. Click Adobe to download the free Acrobat Reader upgrade (v9).
  
 

The Bureau Manual is now one file and can be downloaded to your desktop for quicker access by following the steps below.
  1. Right click on the image below and choose "Save Target As" from the pull down menu
  2. Click "Desktop" on the left side in the "Save As" dialog box
  3. Click "Save"
