Carrier File Transfer Service's primary function is to provide the carrier community with a safe and secure means to report WCPOLS and WCSTAT data electronically. New carrier users will need to register with Central Security to be able to use this product. If you were a registered user with the previous CRIB web site, then your credentials have been migrated over and you will not need to register again.
