• All Death, Permanent Total or Major Permanent Partial Claims
• All other claims with Total Incurred Indemnity of $10,000 or more
• All claims settled under Part Two of the Policy (not Admiralty/FELA)
• All Third Party claims with Total Incurred Indemnity, prior to recovery, of $10,000 or more
• All Pension claims upon death or remarriage of surviving spouse or upon death of other recipients
• All claims adjudicated pursuant to R.S.N.J. 34:15-20 (Section 20)
