AT THE END OF 2005 THERE WERE 392 MEMBER COMPANIES.

During 2006 the following nine companies were admitted:

Insurance Company of the West
Nova Casualty Company
Rural Community Insurance Company
Sentry Casualty Company
Tower Insurance Company of New York
 Work First Casualty Company

Membership of the following company was withdrawn during the year:

Boston Old Colony Insurance Company
Commercial Ins. Co. of Newark, NJ
Fidelity & Casualty Co. of NY
Firemens Insurance Company of Newark, NJ
 Glens Falls Insurance Company
Kansas City Fire & Marine Insurance Company
Niagara Fire Insurance Company

THE TOTAL MEMBERSHIP AT THE END OF 2006 WAS 394.

The membership consists of insurance companies providing workers compensation coverage for commercial risks and insurance companies providing workers compensation coverage for residence employees only.  A list of the insurance companies providing workers compensation coverage for commercial risks is included after the "Conclusion" of this Annual Report.
